Delivery costs and times

Postage to UK addresses is charged at £4.95, and is sent via Royal Mail First Class mail which takes 1-3 days from despatch to be delivered.

For postage, prints are rolled inside a cardboard tube for protection. There is no additional postage charge for multiple orders at the same time to the same address.

Please note that we currently only offer UK delivery, but we plan to extend this worldwide soon. Join our mailing list to be the first to hear when international delivery is available.

You will receive an email confirmation when prints are ordered and when prints are despatched. Prints will be despatched up to 5 working days after receipt of payment.

All postage costs and delivery times are subject to change.

Return and refund policy

If you have changed your mind about a print, you will be offered a full refund or exchange on your purchase upon it’s return in pristine condition within the policy duration. In this instance postage expenses will not be refunded.

If the print has a defect or has been damaged in transit, you will be offered a full refund or exchange on your purchase upon its return within the policy duration. If the reason for your return is defect or damage then your own postage costs will be covered. We reserve the right to refuse any refund request where sufficient evidence of defect or damage is not provided.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Where possible it should be sent back in the original packaging or packaged to an equal level of protection. It may not be possible to offer a refund or replacement for any goods, which are further damaged during return transit.

Policy duration

Notification of a problem is required within 7 days of delivery and the item needs to reach us within 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Shipping damage

Always inspect any received package thoroughly before accepting/signing for it.

You must make a note of any damage on the delivery record. If you do not the couriers will argue that the shipment was delivered in good condition. In order for them to consider a claim for damage, the contents, original shipping carton and packing must be available for inspection.

If the package appears to have suffered shipping damage:

  • notify us immediately (within 7 days for a claim to be recognised),
  • promptly contact the shipping company for a damage inspection report,
  • photograph the damage,
  • keep the original shipping carton and packaging.
